Our resources are dispatched as password-protected PDF files within three working days of full payment being received. Please contact us within 5 days of placing your order if you have not received your e-resource. Our products are licensed to the purchasing institution for unlimited internal use only. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
As these are e-products, once dispatched, there are no refunds or exchanges given. Cancellations prior to dispatch will incur administrative charges (£15) and PayPal or credit card fees (if applicable). Level7 Education reserves the right to any final decision, and to amend the above mentioned terms and conditions without prior notice.
